Meaningful awards are currently few and far between for web sites. There are, however, a wealth of completely meaningless awards.

We experimentally submitted our 'really bad demo site' to sites for an award and received congratulatory logos to place on our site for our efforts. We've displayed them opposite.

Our point is this; if you see a company displaying these logos to reinforce credibility, you would probably be better looking elsewhere. Unless you want a site like our 'really bad demo site', that is...
