PRICING PHILOSOPHY
Why and how do we price so aggressively? Simply put, our profit margins and overheads are lower than our competitors. We rarely use expensive conventional advertising (which you pay for). We make extensive use of in-house skills, teleworking techniques and a wide range of freelance specialists where appropriate; this cuts our overheads (and our prices) further. We are confident we can beat any prices you currently pay for annual web hosting/maintenance feature for feature.

SOMETHING FOR NOTHING - A FREE LUNCH?
Of course not. But you do get value for money and we will never 'take people for a ride'. It's in our Mission Statement. We won't try and sell you something you don't need and we'll often refer you to someone who can offer impartial advice.

INDUSTRY PRICES?
It's all about honesty. We often deal with freelancers and other designers. As a test, we asked for a bid on a simple imaginary database project. Price proposals ranged from £50 through to £7000! The point is, we know how much work is required. We know how much it costs to maintain a server. We know how long a project will take. And we tell you truthfully, without any sales talk, because you speak to a designer - not a salesperson.

Once we have agreed a budget, we adhere to it. We do not incur additional fees without consultation and your express permission. Moreover, we can also embark on fixed budget projects; in other words, you advise us of the budget and we provide a proposal based on that. Finally, we provide free advice before, during and after completion.
